Make broth with pork, chicken, shrimp heads/shell, dried shrimp, dried squid, and aromatics (daikon, onion, shallot, garlic, ginger, dates) |
Once broth done, boil shrimp in broth for few minutes |
Eat with banh canh, pork & shrimp, minced herbs, shallot oil , and hanh kho |
