| Combine 4 oz bot nep (glutinous rice flour) slowly with 100 ml of water and 1 tbsp of oil |
| Mix dough; should be hard, not too soft |
| Knead with hands |
| Form little balls, a bit smaller than a stress ball |
| Place on aluminum foil squares |
| Steam for 20 min |
| Sandwich cha between two rice cakes |
