Combine 4 oz bot nep (glutinous rice flour) slowly with 100 ml of water and 1 tbsp of oil |
Mix dough; should be hard, not too soft |
Knead with hands |
Form little balls, a bit smaller than a stress ball |
Place on aluminum foil squares |
Steam for 20 min |
Sandwich cha between two rice cakes |
