Combine 4 oz bot nep (glutinous rice flour) slowly with 100 ml of water and 1 tbsp of oil
Mix dough; should be hard, not too soft
Knead with hands
Form little balls, a bit smaller than a stress ball
Place on aluminum foil squares
Steam for 20 min
Sandwich cha between two rice cakes
