Put 4 spoons of coffee into a coffee press

Pour boiling water into pressor and refill for a total of 3 times

Let coffee cool for several hours
|
Stir in milk, want a ratio 2 coffee : 1 milk
|
Caramelize sugar with a little water until golden and coat over cake pan/walls
|
Crack and beat 8 eggs at room temperature
|
Stir in 3-4 spoons of sugar
|
Stir in 1 can of longevity sweetened condensed milk
|
Stir in coffee
|
Pour into caramelized coated cake pan
|
Steam for 20-25 min, want a light boil
|
Turn off and let cake sit in steamer for 5 min
|
Set out to cool and then refrigerate
|
If more coffee desired, pour it onto cake after it has cooled
