nuoc mam pha catfish garlic
pepper shallot
salt


Instructions

Cut catfish approximately 3 in long
Marinate fish in salt, pepper, minced shallots and garlic
Place in fridge for a half hour
Fry both sides of fish on medium heat
Eat with nuoc mam pha
