chicken broth pork rib tips japanese sweet potato
macaroni rice paddy herbs
pepper shallot
salt taro
wonton soup base

Marinate the pork rib tips with salt and pepper
Add one layer of pork and sear both sides until golden; do not crowd pan, use multiple batches if needed
Golden minced shallots
Add water or chicken broth and adjust to medium high heat
Add sweet potato and simmer until cooked
If cooking with taro, boil in a separate pot due to shorter cooking time
Add wonton soup base, adjust to taste
Add rice paddy herbs (ngo om) in the last few minutes
Eat with rice or nui
