broth egg chives
gelatin corn
green onions
mushroom
seaweed

Prepare broth ahead of time, broth should be well seasoned and to taste
Mix 1 beaten eggs : 3 broth
Strain mixture to remove air bubbles
Steam under gentle heat (light boil) for 10 min
Add some fillings such as corn, mushrooms, seaweed, chives, green onions, etc
Steam for another 5 min (total 15 min)
Remove from heat
Top with sauce made from stock mixed with gelatin
Garnish with herbs & seaweed
Serve while still warm
