| Prepare broth ahead of time, broth should be well seasoned and to taste |
| Mix 1 beaten eggs : 3 broth |
| Strain mixture to remove air bubbles |
| Steam under gentle heat (light boil) for 10 min |
| Add some fillings such as corn, mushrooms, seaweed, chives, green onions, etc |
| Steam for another 5 min (total 15 min) |
| Remove from heat |
| Top with sauce made from stock mixed with gelatin |
| Garnish with herbs & seaweed |
| Serve while still warm |
