Prepare broth ahead of time, broth should be well seasoned and to taste |
Mix 1 beaten eggs : 3 broth |
Strain mixture to remove air bubbles |
Steam under gentle heat (light boil) for 10 min |
Add some fillings such as corn, mushrooms, seaweed, chives, green onions, etc |
Steam for another 5 min (total 15 min) |
Remove from heat |
Top with sauce made from stock mixed with gelatin |
Garnish with herbs & seaweed |
Serve while still warm |
