Cut mustard greens |
Using the white parts of the green onions, cut into quarter circles |
Mix 1.75 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp salt, and 1L of warm water |
Before adding the salt and water, squeeze the brown sugar and green onions |
Taste mixture, should be sweet and sour |
Add mustard green leaves |
Squeeze the mixture |
Pour mixture into a container and tightly seal |
Store in a warm place for a few days |
Try a piece, want it to be sweet and sour |
Place in fridge when it has the desired taste |
