| Cut mustard greens |
| Using the white parts of the green onions, cut into quarter circles |
| Mix 1.75 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp salt, and 1L of warm water |
| Before adding the salt and water, squeeze the brown sugar and green onions |
| Taste mixture, should be sweet and sour |
| Add mustard green leaves |
| Squeeze the mixture |
| Pour mixture into a container and tightly seal |
| Store in a warm place for a few days |
| Try a piece, want it to be sweet and sour |
| Place in fridge when it has the desired taste |
