baguette chicken carrot
chicken broth corn
chicken powder garlic
curry powder ginger
pepper lemongrass
salt potato
wonton soup base shallot
sweet potato

Cut chicken legs/thighs into pieces
Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, shallots, 1 spoon of curry powder, wonton soup base or chicken powder, and oil
Refrigerate for few hours or overnight
Saute minced shallots, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass until slightly golden
Stir fry chicken
Stir in carrots, potatoes, sweet potato
Add a ratio of 1 chicken broth : 1 water to just cover chicken
Simmer on med low for at least 30 min, adjust to taste
Eat with baguette
