Instructions

| Cut chicken legs/thighs into pieces |
| Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, shallots, 1 spoon of curry powder, wonton soup base or chicken powder, and oil |
| Refrigerate for few hours or overnight |
| Saute minced shallots, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass until slightly golden |
| Stir fry chicken |
| Stir in carrots, potatoes, sweet potato |
| Add a ratio of 1 chicken broth : 1 water to just cover chicken |
| Simmer on med low for at least 30 min, adjust to taste |
| Eat with baguette |
