Make chicken marinade: 0.33 c yogurt, 0.5 tsp turmeric, 0.5 tsp garam masala, 1.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp mustard powder, 5 cloves minced garlic, a small piece minced ginger, minced onion, 1 tbsp oil

Marinate 4 piece chicken thighs overnight

Saute 2 onions, 5 cloves garlic, chunk of ginger, 5 tomatoes all minced
|
Add 4 tbsp tomato puree and a handful of chopped cilantro
|
Add in spice mix: 2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp paprika, 0.5 tsp tumeric, 1 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp sugar

Adjust to taste with salt and sugar

Cook for 5-10 min
|
Blend gravy
|
Cook chicken in pan
|
Mixed gravy and chopped cilantro
|
