oyster sauce lemongrass
sugar shallot
turmeric

Mince shallots, lemongrass, garlic, and hot pepper
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
Marinate with a ratio of 1 chicken bouillon : 1 sugar : 3 fish sauce : 1 oyster sauce : 0.33 turmeric and small amount of the minced aromatics for at least 30 min
Golden minced shallots, lemongrass, garlic and hot pepper
Add chicken and stir fry until no longer pink
Add a small amount of water, lower heat, and cover pan
Simmer until chicken has reach sufficient internal temp
