Mince shallots, lemongrass, garlic, and hot pepper |
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces |
Marinate with a ratio of 1 chicken bouillon : 1 sugar : 3 fish sauce : 1 oyster sauce : 0.33 turmeric and small amount of the minced aromatics for at least 30 min |
Golden minced shallots, lemongrass, garlic and hot pepper |
Add chicken and stir fry until no longer pink |
Add a small amount of water, lower heat, and cover pan |
