ground coriander cilantro
ground cumin cucumber
leftover curry sauce dill
parotta garlic
pepper ginger
salt mint
yogurt onion
tomato


Instructions

Sauté onions, garlic, ginger until golden
Add tomatoes
Season with garam masala, coriander, cumin, etc
Add eggs
Season with salt and pepper
Scramble eggs and mix in with ingredients
Mix in parotta - cut into bite size pieces
Mix in curry sauce
Sprinkle with minced cilantro
Eat with raita (tzatziki sauce with onions and salt/cumin/coriander/spices)
