Instructions

| Sauté onions, garlic, ginger until golden |
| Add tomatoes |
| Season with garam masala, coriander, cumin, etc |
| Add eggs |
| Season with salt and pepper |
| Scramble eggs and mix in with ingredients |
| Mix in parotta - cut into bite size pieces |
| Mix in curry sauce |
| Sprinkle with minced cilantro |
| Eat with raita (tzatziki sauce with onions and salt/cumin/coriander/spices) |
