Saute minced shallots and lemongrass until slightly golden |
Stir in ground meat, breaking up into small chunks |
Stir on medium heat until no longer pink |
Drain meat juices |
Add in ratio of 1 sugar : 0.5 mam tom, adjust to taste |
Sprinkle in black pepper |
Eat mam tom chung with rice and cucumbers |
