Mam Tom Chung (Shrimp Paste Ground Meat)

black pepper ground chicken cucumber
mam tom ground pork lemongrass
sugar shallot


Instructions

Saute minced shallots and lemongrass until slightly golden
Stir in ground meat, breaking up into small chunks
Stir on medium heat until no longer pink
Drain meat juices
Add in ratio of 1 sugar : 0.5 mam tom, adjust to taste
Sprinkle in black pepper
Eat mam tom chung with rice and cucumbers
