Instructions

| Saute minced shallots and lemongrass until slightly golden |
| Stir in ground meat, breaking up into small chunks |
| Stir on medium heat until no longer pink |
| Drain meat juices |
| Add in ratio of 1 sugar : 0.5 mam tom, adjust to taste |
| Sprinkle in black pepper |
| Eat mam tom chung with rice and cucumbers |
