Buy a whole roast duck at a Chinese barbecue restaurant

Cut up the roast duck, save the bony parts for the broth and refrigerate the rest

Fill large pot 1/4 full with water, add bony duck parts, and sauce (comes with duck)

When the broth starts to boil, fill 3/4 pot with chicken broth and add wonton soup base
|
Want the broth to maintain a light boil
|
Wash and cut veggies
|
Boil the lettuce and mustard greens
|
Stir fry washed/dried mi until it is a little crunchy, sprinkle with some soy sauce and chives

Eat with mi, veggies, roast duck, broth, and hanh kho
