Tamaki Gold California Koshihikari short grain rice eel green onions
eel sauce salmon fish hanh kho
sesame oil shrimp tempura onion
soy sauce


Instructions

Cook short grain rice with half amount of water as usual
Mix 2 vinegar : 1 sugar : pinch salt into rice after done cooking
Marinate cubed salmon in mix of 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil, sliced onion and green onion
Add other ingredients if desired (Goi Salsa)
Eat with rice
