Cook short grain rice with half amount of water as usual |
Mix 2 vinegar : 1 sugar : pinch salt into rice after done cooking |
Marinate cubed salmon in mix of 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil, sliced onion and green onion |
Add other ingredients if desired (Goi Salsa) |
Eat with rice |
