Instructions

| Cook short grain rice with half amount of water as usual |
| Mix 2 vinegar : 1 sugar : pinch salt into rice after done cooking |
| Marinate cubed salmon in mix of 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil, sliced onion and green onion |
| Make seaweed salad by boiling strips for few min, dry and cut into small pieces, marinate with ratio of 1.5 soy sauce : 1 rice vinegar : 0.5 sugar : 0.33 sesame oil |
| Add other ingredients if desired (Goi Salsa) |
| Season rice with furikake, sauce, and assemble bowl |
