eel sauce salmon fish green onions
furikake (Seto Fumi Furikake) shrimp tempura hanh kho
mirin onion
rice vinegar
sesame oil
soy sauce
sugar
teriyaki sauce
toasted sesame seed
tobiko


Instructions

Cook short grain rice with half amount of water as usual
Mix 2 vinegar : 1 sugar : pinch salt into rice after done cooking
Marinate cubed salmon in mix of 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil, sliced onion and green onion
Make seaweed salad by boiling strips for few min, dry and cut into small pieces, marinate with ratio of 1.5 soy sauce : 1 rice vinegar : 0.5 sugar : 0.33 sesame oil
Add other ingredients if desired (Goi Salsa)
Season rice with furikake, sauce, and assemble bowl
