Instructions

| Blend 1 medium chili pepper, 8 cloves garlic, and 0.33c water until there are no big chunks |
| Transfer mixture to pot |
| Add 1c sugar, 0.75c vinegar, and pinch of salt |
| Simmer for 5 min |
| Add 1 tbsp of potato starch (make a slurry) and stir until it boils |
| Cool, transfer to jar, and store in fridge |
