| Make sauce using ratio of 2 sugar : 2 tamarind concentrate : 1 nuoc mam; should taste sweet and sour |
| Marinate shrimp with salt, pepper, shallots and cornstarch |
| Prepare the veggies |
| Saute minced shallots and garlic until slightly golden |
| Add sauce and simmer until thick |
| Add shrimp and stir until mostly cooked |
| Stir in cabbage |
| Turn off heat and add yellow and green onion |
| Cover for few minutes |
