| Rinse, soak, steam a few spoons of mung bean (as with xoi vo) |
| Dissolve 3.5 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp tapioca starch, pinch of salt, 0.25 L water |
| Cook on medium high heat while constantly whisking |
| When liquid becomes thick and translucent, turn to low and keep stirring |
| Turn off heat and gently stir in cooked mung bean |
| Add a drop of flavoring extract |
| Eat with xoi vo |
