flavoring extract
peeled mung bean
salt
sugar
tapioca starch
xoi vo

Rinse, soak, steam a few spoons of mung bean (as with xoi vo)
Dissolve 3.5 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp tapioca starch, pinch of salt, 0.25 L water
Cook on medium high heat while constantly whisking
When liquid becomes thick and translucent, turn to low and keep stirring
Turn off heat and gently stir in cooked mung bean
Add a drop of flavoring extract
Eat with xoi vo
