Rinse, soak, steam a few spoons of mung bean (as with xoi vo) |
Dissolve 3.5 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp tapioca starch, pinch of salt, 0.25 L water |
Cook on medium high heat while constantly whisking |
When liquid becomes thick and translucent, turn to low and keep stirring |
Turn off heat and gently stir in cooked mung bean |
Add a drop of flavoring extract |
Eat with xoi vo |
