peeled mung bean cha hanh kho
salt
sweet rice

Want a ratio of 3 sweet rice : 1 peeled mung bean
Rinse and soak each separately in cold water overnight
Rinse and and drain separately
Let the rice sit and dry while you work on the mung beans
Steam mung bean for 15-20 min, it should hold its shape but can be smashed between fingers
Granulate mung been until powdery
Mix rice with mung bean, 1 tbsp salt, and 1 tsp oil
Steam for 60 min
Take it out and let it cool, want it to be dry and well separated
Eat with cha, hanh kho or che hoa cau
