| Want a ratio of 3 sweet rice : 1 peeled mung bean |
| Rinse and soak each separately in cold water overnight |
| Rinse and and drain separately |
| Let the rice sit and dry while you work on the mung beans |
| Steam mung bean for 15-20 min, it should hold its shape but can be smashed between fingers |
| Granulate mung been until powdery |
| Mix rice with mung bean, 1 tbsp salt, and 1 tsp oil |
| Steam for 60 min |
| Take it out and let it cool, want it to be dry and well separated |
| Eat with cha, hanh kho or che hoa cau |
